David is a Chartered Surveyor and CFA Charterholder. He started his career in the UK in 1998 and moved to the UAE in 2009. David is a Managing Partner of Carter Stephenson Quinn and has previously held key positions at Mubadala and Cushman & Wakefield. David is a specialist in development and investment management having overseen several high-value investment portfolios from initial financing through to construction, leasing, operations and sales. David understands the requirements of real estate developers, investors, financiers and occupiers, and relies upon years of experience to deliver investment returns across the entire spectrum of real estate sectors
